Request Housing.

For your convenience, CRS offers you several ways to submit your request for temporary housing.

By Phone:
Call us at 800.968.0848 and provide us with your information over the phone.

By Fax:
Print out the Housing Request Form*, complete it and fax it to us at 800.659.2727. It will be received M-F during office hours: 6 am to 6 pm PST. If your request is received after-hours or on the weekend, you will be contacted the very next business day. If this is an after-hours emergency, please call 800.968.0848 and we will help you and your policyholders immediately.

The PlaceTrak^® Center
If you have already been assigned a password for the PlaceTrak^® Center and need to request housing, click here.

Your CRS housing advisor will be in contact with you right away to get started on your housing request.
